Problem: The more time you spend online the more you miss offline. We are addicted to our smartphones and this behaviour could result in a Burn-Out. 

Idea: Through a series of short social video content films. We hold a mirror to the audience by their own internet behaviour.

As part of the Sleep Challenge we created 3 other short video's that will show different unusual ways of getting in sleep. So it's better to use the 7 tips of Interpolis to improve the sleep quality.
